We here and CM! are attempting a new activity called CM!’s Oekaki Lottery or OeLotto for short. What is the oelotto you say?

Every week, CM! will randomly draw a number. The number will correlate to a theme that’s selected. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to illustrate, draw, animate or whatever method you wish to do using the theme as the subject matter. The Oekaki Lottery is open to all submissions and we will post without prejudice (unless its extremely offensive material, but we have a high tolerance). We hope this will help us make new friends and exposure for artists on the web!

The numbers are usually drawn every Wednesday and if you would like to turn in a submission make sure you send the following requirements, or your art won’t get published:

  • name, pen name or moniker is fine.
  • website or something where people can contact you.
  • all submissions must be turned in by midnight of the due date. preferred on date due, but will take late comers. we want to give everyone a chance.
  • Send all submissions to oelotto@gmail.com
